Limited Edition Designer Minnie Mouse Doll [Review]

Back from hiatus! I present my review of the first doll released in 2016, designer Minnie Mouse!

I do not have the D23 variant, but perhaps one day....
She was released on national polka dot day, which is fitting, considering her outfit.
She is a limited edition of 3000, which is decently low.

Her name plate is different than the other designers as it's surface area takes up the height of the base as opposed to overlapping the plastic.
A close up of her artwork.
Side of her box, with red polka dots.
Back of her box and slip cover.
 The doll's description.
Full view of the doll! She is 12" tall, but significantly bigger than the 12" designer princesses due to her entire body being a different mold all together.

 Without slipcover, sans glare.

Even with a dramatic filter, the doll looks great!

I think her outfit is really cute; the polka dots are painted on and her skirt has a few laters and some plastic underneath to make it poofy.

Her dress has a white collar and is sequined at the top, as well as on her purse.
Her bow is a silky fabric and goes around her waist.
She comes with her gloves molded on her hands and her purse (sequined) with a red bow at the top!)

Her shoes! Simple black heels with molded on bows. Her feet are uniquely molded to her, so these shoes will not fit other dolls.

 Side views.
Two unique features of this doll that I really like are the fact that her "hair"/ ears and eyelashes are ROOTED! Her make up is simple, but her face mold is 100% accurate.

I was lucky to get a sort of low number! 676 of 3000!

A great start to the doll season this year, definitely a unique and different choice they've started (a nice break from princesses). Will they continue this line? Perhaps, I look forward to seeing what comes next!

Expect a tsum tsum review soon; I will be posting my current collection!
